ICC Board Committee and Subcommittee
Structure
(All Committees in formation for
2008-2009 seasons)
Coaches:
Responsible
for the working with and
representing the coaches' needs. It
includes discussing proposed
regattas, addresses disciplinary
matters, determines equipment needs,
connects to Ignatius’ Athletic
Department and helps evaluate
competitive strategies. Membership
is officers of the club and all
coaches.
Current members:
Wootton, Petersen, Monohan,
Bauschalt
Regatta: Responsible
for race event logistics and has
site responsibility during events,
including:
1. Transportation & Hotels:
Responsible for booking hotels and
planning transportation for events
and for organizing chaperones for
travel and hotels.
2. Regatta Food and Site:
Responsible for onsite logistics and
meals. Plan menu and solicit
donations.
Current members: Cook,
Henderson
Equipment:
Responsible for maintaining the
practice site needs from coaches,
maintenance and transportation of
boats, launches, trailers and tents.
Lead by board members staffed by
parent volunteers.

Communication:
Responsible for ICC wide
communication through email, mail
and maintaining the website, athlete
registration, roster maintenance, board
minutes and direct specific
communication.
Current Members:

Reidy
Fundraising/Auction:
Responsible for planning, running
and staffing fundraising events.
The committee will form subcommittees as required
by event.
2007
Auction Members:

Recruiting:
Responsible for coordinating and
planning events to recruit team
members.

Reidy
Crew Wear:
Responsible for purchase of uniforms
and for sales of ICC spirit wear.

Publicity:
Responsible for raising awareness of
ICC activities through School
announcements and publications and
through ICC communication channels.
